How I Tamed the Raging Conchfly (Before It Burrowed Into My Sanity)

As I stumbled into the Sands of Karak, my needle trembling, I thought I’d seen it all. Little did I know, Team Cherry had cooked up a rematch that would make the original Great Conchflies look like a Sunday stroll. This thing—the Raging Conchfly—is a nightmare wrapped in a shell. It’s fast, it’s relentless, and it burrows into walls like it’s late for a very important date. But I’ve cracked it. After countless deaths (and a broken controller), I’m here to share the secrets. Grab your Clawline and a stiff drink.

Where to Find This Psychotic Shell

First things first: you need the Clawline ability—no ifs, no buts. Once you’ve snagged it, head to the top-left corner of Blasted Steps. Look for a conch-shaped squiggle on your map. Use the Clawline on those shiny rings to haul yourself upward into the Sands of Karak. The moment you arrive, you’ll notice the difficulty spiking. Enemies hit harder, and half the platforms only materialize after you whack an orb on a tree bark. It’s like the level designer said, “Let’s make them suffer.”

From the entrance, go right through a massive room, and eventually you can loop back down to Blasted Steps to open a shortcut to the bench by the Bellway. Trust me, you’ll want that bench active. Then push right, ascend, and snake left. Before you climb up though, snag the bench on the far right edge of Sands of Karak—it’s a lifesaver. You’ll then navigate two more gargantuan rooms. After clearing the first, you can unlock another path back to the Blasted Steps bench, giving you a nice close checkpoint.

Finally, the Raging Conchfly will be blocking the way to the Coral Tower, probably flexing its shell muscles. Prepare to die. A lot.
